We ship all our prints with a tracked service, from our studio in Bath, UK.

All prints are protected by a recycled board and compostable sleeve.

We ship all items from the UK. Dependent on your country, you may be due to pay customs and duties. Buyers are responsible for any fees, you can find an estimate for any potential charges if this affects you here.

Should you refuse your parcel, we will deduct any fees from your refund.

We ship all items tracked once a week on Fridays. You will get your tracking information when it ships. Shipping times are usually : UK - 3-5 working days North America: 1-6 weeks Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-5 weeks Asia Pacific: 2-5 weeks If you need help finding your order, email us at petit.riso@gmail.com We are not responsible for lost packages. In the rare occasion that your order was lost, send us a message and we will see what we can do.

Riso is a beautiful and low intervention printing process.

By this printing nature, each print is unique in it's texture and alignement - meaning your print might vary from the photos.

Due to the unique nature of the products we ship, we are only able to accept returns in the most exceptional circumstances. Please email us at petit.riso@gmail.com with your order number and the reason why you'd like to return your item within 7 days of receiving it, and we can find a solution. If your return has been accepted, you will get a refund for the total amount of your purchase minus any fees associated.

We don't accept returns for misaligned Riso prints or other aspects of unique art pieces.

All return costs are the buyers' responsibility.

If you wish to cancel or edit your order, please let us know asap at petit.riso@gmail.com and we'll be able to amend your order as long as it hasn't been shipped.

The turnaround time of your project will depend on the paper you choose and amount of colours. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when you order so we can see if we can accomodate.
