We send all orders by tracked service Royal Mail. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped with your tracking information.
Orders are shipped once a week on Fridays.
We can't guarantee a delivery date and rely on the Royal mail services. If you need a specific delivery, let us know before ordering and we can see if we can accommodate.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We do our best to make the process as easy as possible, but are not responsible for delays due to customs. You can find an estimate for any potential charges here.
Should you refuse your parcel, we will deduct any fees we have to pay off your refund upon the order being returned to us.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been posted. Let us know as soon as possible by email at email@example.com and we will confirm if we can cancel your order and issue a refund.
Because of the unique aspect of Riso prints, we only accept returns in specific circumstances. If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, with the reason why, and we will do our best to accommodate and issue a refund. If your item has been damaged in transport, please send us a photo and we will see if we can send you a replacement or a partial refund.
All return fees are to be paid by the customer.
