If you change your mind, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been posted. Let us know as soon as possible by email at hello@petitpress.co.uk and we will confirm if we can cancel your order and issue a refund. 

Because of the unique aspect of Riso prints, we only accept returns in specific circumstances. If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, with the reason why, and we will do our best to accommodate and issue a refund. If your item has been damaged in transport, please send us a photo and we will see if we can send you a replacement or a partial refund. 

All return fees are to be paid by the customer.
