Shipping policy

We send all orders by tracked service, UK orders use Royal Mail Tracked 48, and International orders use local post so make sure to follow your tracking information. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped with your tracking information. 

Orders are shipped once a week on Fridays unless stated otherwise.

We can't guarantee a delivery date and rely on the Royal mail services. If you need a specific delivery, let us know before ordering and we can see if we can accommodate. 

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We do our best to make the process as easy as possible, but are not responsible for delays due to customs. You can find an estimate for any potential charges here.

Should you refuse your parcel, we will deduct any fees we have to pay off your refund upon the order being returned to us.

EU orders are currently on hold due to new shipping laws in the UK.
